Seems like a very major problem, I can't confirm it but it looks like their BGP routes are withdrawn.

Looked at a router earlier and saw BGP paths to TM were suppressed due to excessive flapping. Now that the fault is fixed (I think?), it's going to take awhile for routes to converge back to normal...

No idea what it's related to since I don't work for/with them. No point speculating too I guess. But what I observed though from traceroutes from streamyx and traceroutes to TM, was that both interior and exterior routing collapsed (network unreachable error was returned from my streamyx gateway, and from other ISPs' routers).
