erm,i have no problem downloading(up to 150kbps for a 1mbps package) and watching youtube(quite fast streaming)
But my problems are i have a hard time uploading(around 30mins for a 1mb pic to be uploaded via facebook.if via mediafire,the percentage just wont start moving.).I also suffer from slow web browsing(facebook,google,lowyat,etc)
I can watch ppstream and host dota game at G-arena smoothly too.Just that upload and web surfing really ridiculously slow.
My download speed as in speed test show 0.87mbps while the upload just cant move.
Can anyone help me or at least tell me what problem am i facing?

what's with my upload speed.=(
Internet surfing also very slow despite such download speed.
I am using 1mbps package.
