Only local connection to local webbies are fast. Anything connected to US/UK seems very slow...is it just only me o.0?

It seems like a routine for me to have screwed up loss packets + lousy pings whenever time reached 8.00pm - 12am everyday without fail.
Anyone experienced the same situation as me? Btw, i'm in JB. |
