from negeri sembilan...mine down from 5.45 to 6.15pm...now feel slow to surf international site...

i guess they alrdy fakap the routing...some site access are ok, others dont even load completely and slow like hell

maybe a kraken accidently hit the cable...and eat all ppl who go repair it. damn, no announcement no warning...they want to wait until what time to restore the routing..

for me it take forever to load bdg and mf site...or the dl never complete at all

i am worst than you before i get an ip 175.144.*.* at this tuesday...i cant even load completely for the page. After i get this 175 ip, everythg are so fast, including mf, fs run at full speed of my package no matter at night or day...until just now i accidentally disconnect and reconnect get back the doom ip 115, so the speed reverse back to turtle speed

oh damn infinite of cable fault...just another excuse of experimenting throttling device? i thinking of asking rebate and complain

agree...implement cap just their strategy to not upgrade the damn old infrastructure since 10 years ago and save the money into their pocket

i can get 175.* ip to get unthrottle speed...but this ip is very hard to get. Have to stay with damn 115 and 118 ip

yes i sure...becoz i try it with MF, BDG and other hosting site, all with fine speed...and the speed is smooth when i surf international website. When i change to 115 or 118, the website like loading forever, never load completely. However i no test with p2p software...but i sure they throttling BC becoz i can connect to many seed/peer in utorrent.
