Anyone tried to call 100 for technical support? why they like to disconnect the phone when talk half way. New technic?

everyday i on mirc...
since last week, i saw my mirc connection lag, not stable.

after more than 5 days that problem occure, i do some test...
what i found is, not the international link problem but, something related to TM routing, cause...

i tried reconnect :~

-->get 115.159.. ip
-mirc no lag
-surfing facebook, and some website so slow
-surfing local web ok, photobucket ok

-->get 115.133... @ 115.132... ip
-mirc lag
-surfing facebook no problem
-surfing local web ok
-photobucket slow like snail & sometime failed to load image
-imageshack very2 fast
so, i really don't know what's streamyx the MAIN PROBLEM
if this problem only 1-3days, it's can acceptable, but now about 1week, still same no any good progress
surfing streamyx website found nothing, announcement, etc...
call 100??? i need to speak with operator that reading script, sir please do this, n this, flush dns, reboot pc, turn of modem 30sec, don't use splitter, is't your home have alarm system...  ...

my streamyx package = 1MB SOHO

try speedtest, connection to china, japan, australia seem ok, but very bad connection to US

what's your current public ip?
try to reconnect and try get another range public ip , then re-test connection to china

i'm using this proxy, now it loads faster.

Whats a good software to log my speed and bandwidth so later i can show as proof :/ ?

is it me or is streamyx capping the torrent speed at 25?

no matter wad torrent i try, all stuck at 25kbps
