This is what I don't like about Streamyx. Every time we got some connection problem, there's almost no announcement.
And if there's an announcement and an estimate when the fix would be done, there's no actual update on the repair.
It's as though they are scare of letting us know there's a problem. Maybe they scare we would ask for some form of deduction due to the downtime!
