What's the use of use pouring out here? mad.gif Seem like TM (TNB also) cannot be held accountable, eg. somebody loose their job if such incidents are repeated and the cause is found to "incompetence". How many of us can get away with sub-standard performance in the real world? So what's the cause this time? Was the response time acceptable? 100 line was engaged forever and callers are left in the dark, is this acceptable customer service? Earning lots or money, still want to increase rates, yet performance sucks... I also want this kind of job.... Malaysia Tak Boleh, unless the attitude of those RESPONSIBLE changes. Who are they anyway? Is is minister? CEO? Who is calling the shots?? WHO? That's why everyone is wait and see... enjoying their fat salary and sitting on their butts... what KPI?

Posting announcements on TM websites when there is no connection... very smart!

My intention of pouring here.... frustrated icon_question.gif and helpless cry.gif like everyone else, and hope for someone to do something positive, intelligent and effective, and kick some fat lazy butt off their comfortable office chair. Not wanting any harm to anyone, just get people to be replaced, be more productive and responsible IF they are earning our hard earned money. sigh.... come Malaysia Boleh! .... you boleh? Go do something then! thumbup.gif
