lol american website cannot load properly.... only half page load. Tell me why should a europe backbone be clogging the USA sites. wtf

Seriously.... 1 cable gone the whole Malaysia TMnet user cannot even surf net properly?
As far as I know surfing net doesnt require >15kb/s. |
