They reserve all the bandwidth for HSBB day on Monday probably to make sure they don't embarrass themselves that day.

HSBB, their business customers.. priority for them perhaps. Although in the case of HSBB one would hope that it would be a temporary measure till they get their line upgrade done properly. If not the already-not-doing-so-good-streamyx would really choked to death. At least right now we're able to breath although in a tenggelam timbul situation.

Almost everything are slow. Wonder what they're up to. Why can't just announce whatever that they do. Would make it easier to understand and tolerate.
