They cut me off 2 times in a week and covers almost more than a day if combined.
But now all is good. I hope it'll stay like this forever. lol

Streaming youtube should be fine if you're on a US proxy.

I resort to using leechers for MU. if not, it's too darn slow.

How's about 40kB/s on a 1.5mbps connection? Quite unbearable.

But all is good. Just yesterday there's a massive slowdown. Now recovered.

I wonder why your ping is so damn high 1000ms some more.
it should be less than 200ms..

But your download is not bad. Just that your upload is half of it's capacity.

It's capped at 1.8Mbps (usually my torrents and direct downloads peaked at 235kB/s), which basically means I already get 80% of 2mbps for 1mbps package.

The day before yesterday I have a massive slowdown. Which took at least 4 hours.

Seems like your line is congested or TM is really screwing you..
If this happens everyday, I'd suggest you to complain.

Well, highly populated areas are more congested..

If your browsing speed is damn slow.. that's when you're sure to screw TM.
