all "support numbers" can't be contacted right now...

I'm guessing they're suffering huge humiliating moment right now...

one malaysia one internet [juz screamyx?????]

and then one whole nationwide down

for those who having tele-conferencing or anything alike on "tm screamyx" sure cursing kao kao

still very slow here... @ kuching

but better then cannot connect at all

speed worse than celcom's

and lots of page timed out

now mf, almost other file storage sites been throttled...oh please...for god sake, what's next? even gmail, yahoo mail throttled? nice..


bit about their staff here, just wanna share a bit.

like few days ago, my phone [not the phone line], broken, and thus can't really use the phone, but my line was still ok.

so i called up 100, to report my broken phone, and as usual, report numbers etc...blablabla

so then come the so-called "tm technician" to my house, which tested with "so-called" device, and just relaxingly said "your modem has broken, get a new one.."

er, excuse me mr "tm technician"...i mentioned over phone on support that my phone is broken, not the streamyx, not the modem, not the line..just the freaking landline phone...so after few talks here and there, then he agree to test the phone [er wait, isn't this is what he supposed to do at first???]...and then suddenly change his "answer" from "your modem is broken, buy new one..." to "oh, is the landline phone broken only..."

Then he changed my landline phone only afterward...


... what's with those responses and attitude?? Did they ever gone through errors and solutions training? Or even at least try the equipment, test and error??

Still nothing to beat previously "YOU HAVE 100MBPS INTERNET ALREADY!!!", which point to my LAN icon and said "it's FIBER CONNECTION!!" ...while pointing to the older copper wire connection outside my house =_=...seriously he did shout like that, lol...pointless to argue with him...

slow access to international site tonight....

so users have to pay double just to allow them to surf "properly"??

what kind of isp are these...haih..
