When playing games on foreign server, ping latency 250 - 300++.

If using 2MB or 4MB, can guarantee lower ping?

I am using 2MB and this is what I GOT!!!!

I just upgrade from 512 to 1M. Morning is super fast but at night from 7pm to 12am, it is very slow. Total download speed is 11kbps. Guess tm ask me to shotdown my pc and sleep early.....

That's already pretty decent speed for a 1mb connection IMO, at least you get 70%+ of your subscribed speed.

I wonder why your ping is so damn high 1000ms some more.
it should be less than 200ms..

But your download is not bad. Just that your upload is half of it's capacity.

your dl speed is normal if u subscribed 1MBps package (and they capped it at 1.5Mbps). ul is a little slower than usual..

but your ping is shouldn't get this kind of ping if u test with local servers. oh, if u download files from overseas than this tested speed won't apply..

It's capped at 1.8Mbps (usually my torrents and direct downloads peaked at 235kB/s), which basically means I already get 80% of 2mbps for 1mbps package.

The day before yesterday I have a massive slowdown. Which took at least 4 hours.

Really, I hate Streamyx...... Now is somewhere after 12am and the speed I getting is 200kbps and open a Facebook game is within seconds. Before 12am, it get hang half way. So rm5 for the upgrade is worth something now.

Major fakap slow routing for the past 2 weeks only fast after 1 a.m until 10 a.m

Routing from US really slow. Any news if there is some problem in routing? or international link breakdown?

Seems like your line is congested or TM is really screwing you..
If this happens everyday, I'd suggest you to complain.
