Only local connection to local webbies are fast. Anything connected to US/UK seems very slow...is it just only me o.0?

Hmm, didn't touch the internet for 5 days, I come back it's all totally shit. Torrents look pretty good still, but surfing is impossible, and I cant even properly refresh my Steam servers.

back to normal speed .... 200kb/s ... 4pm till 8pm cant even reach 60kb/s ... after 8pm , everything back to normal

Lost a lot of packet while pinging the DNS. So frequent and so unstable.
