suffering same problem here.....4mbps line.
only morning fast....but once its nite its slow like hell....im getting like dial-up speeds.....around 5-10kb/s downloading via hotfile.
im working so only nite time can use internet....whats the dam bloody point if at nite it cant work..

I just figure out is my dns...
ping 202.188.0.3 return me 400ms+ where normal shud be less than 20...

So, download speed still unstable...downloading from MU & RS now, the speed seems constant in a way but need to restart modem after downloading for about 10GB of data nod.gif

Where are you from? I am from Seremban area. I have the same problem as yours. Morning fast, but at night I get less than 100kbps, and I am using 4mbps line too.

12pm onwards, GOD-LIKE...10KB max...

Still got routing issues they are integrating the network BGGP with HSSB so during this issues routing will be much more fakap
