Hi people, i'm thinking of getting a 32" or a 40" 42" tv as a monitor.. any suggestion on what's necessary what's not?

The toshiba lcd 40" and LG lcd 42" price looks rather appealing.. are they recommended?

its for movie purpose mainly.. i often watch movie on my comp.. so figured it'd be nice to have a big monitor..
