Guys, is it normal to have the LCD while in standby mode not able to turn on and display anything while ps3 is started? I could heear it's started cos speakers got the ps3 welcome sound- eg: my LCD is standby, turn on ps3, heard the sound but no display, turned off LCD completely by pressing power, turn on again and image appears..

Alternatively I could turn on ps3 first then turn on my LCD and it'll display straight..
I'm using LG LED flatron e2350t and dvi to hdmi cable/y splitter for audio.

guys dont know if anyone ever come across this problem..
im using LG E2350T LED for my PS3.

using HDMI>DVI cable. Problem here is when i on my LED first, then only my ps3 after, the screen will still be dimmed and my LED indicator blinks but i can hear the music from ps3 startup...

i have to turn the LED off and ON again then only i am able to see pictures.

if i turn the ps3 on first, then only the LED, then the picture will load up.

Any ideas?
