QUOTE(zororo @ Jan 24 2014, 08:59 AM) saw this at aeon for 2599.... how much is the leo bodnar score for this ? 15ms in game mode with all post processing turned off, the same as the W6. The W6 and the W7 is basically the same TV, only in SEA Sony sells it under 2 different series. Difference only in the size availbility and that the W7 has a long duct speaker instead. In the US and Europe, they're both under the W6 series.

I find it more beautiful if sharpness is set to 0, its like everything have been antialiased. very blurry edges but harder to read texts. but i dont mind. i prefer more beautiful textures

Curious how the latest Sony model stack vs the old one? KDL-42W674A vs KDL-40W600B Anyone knows if there is any difference/which is better? Or any recommendations for the best LED tv around 40" for gaming and movies? Prefer if below the RM2k range, ideally RM1.5k below

For me the only lacks is it comes only with 2 hdmi ports. But for the rest specs, i am satisfied with it. The latest 600b series comes with 4 hdmi and 2 usb ports.

Because the H6350 is known as the H6300 in Malaysia. It's a decent TV, except its input lag is a little too high at a rated 46ms in Game mode. You want input lag on TVs to have less than 30ms. Not terrible if you don't plan to play games semi-competitively or very sensitive to input lag.

Couldn't really find any 40" H6300 in retail shops either As I will be using it for movies and sports as well besides gaming, would the H6300 be better than the Sony? I heard the Sony has poor motion blur? But if the price difference btw both is around RM1k, I might jump on the Sony instead.

Motion blur isn't measured by good or bad, because that's actually quite vague. It's measured by how much. All LCD TVs has a high amount of motion blur, this is a design flaw/limitation and will never be fixed, motion interpolation helps in some certain cases but it's never been a fix. You want low motion blur, you either go plasma (which you can pick up some of the last remaining Panasonic sets for cheap) or wait for OLED TVs to drop down to reasonable price levels.
