yes is full HD... and is stated full HD and stick on the tv... erm, my HDMI cable is 3rd party which sell by all seller in LYN seller here...

The model you described is indeed a FullHD tv but i think you got conned because if your ps3 can only display 1080i then it's only HD-Ready.

Check the back of your TV for the model number and make sure it's really LC37A66M or not.

guys i want to buy monitor for my ps3...what brand and model compatible with ps3... cause last time my benq monitor only detect 576p instead 720p

erm, yes. I'm confirm alr... its really LC37A66M.... erm, my PS3 is local Malaysia Set oh... summore i buy from a reliable Seller from LYn... The box set even got Malaysia Official Product sticker and Sony (M) sticker...

It might be the setting of your PS3 or maybe the HDMI cable itself...

eh wan ask...is there any lcd tv that display ps1/ps2 game nicely? as in 4:3, not wide screen...size i know couldn't be very big lar. just wondering, cos ps1/2 games play on my current lcd tv, looks crappy even with component cable. and if use crt tv, eyes pain cos refresh rate like s***!!

i dont think u can improve ps1/2 image dat much by changing ur lcd bro. maybe if you could get a not-too-big lcd, the image wouldn't be stretched up dat much..

29" ctr flat works best on ps1 and 2..

i'm using the same model a66m but different screen size (32"), so far no problem displaying 1080p. try change hdmi cable.

you won't really notice any difference literally. LCD with <15ms is good enough for gaming.

ya lor, thats why planning to get just a small enough lcd, preferably 4:3 panel size one.

crt so big...ya, is still the best though. i go c shop, now got 'slim crt' tv but around rm500+ also, some china brand oni.

even better if the tv support hd with progressive scan. i'm sure it quite hard to find.
