Date of transaction: 12 march 2010

Details of the complaint : 1. Payment made to him. No tracking number given. No item receive. No pick up the phone. No reply sms. etc.
2. He still request $$ from other who are interested in his item though after dealing with me. (informantion given by other forumer)
3. He still mentioned to other his item still available though after dealing with me. (same to above)



** l.p.p.l mentioned he willing to return back the $$ latest by 1st April 2010. Hopefully he do accordingly.

Haiz... he still cannot be trust!! Give him one more day. Tomorrow will send his detail to the Sarjan in charge...

this fella confirm scammer.. i just sms him this morning asking if the camera still available.. he said yes.. i m asking for 3.2k, he said ok, i ask him his location, he said cherating, i ask him his ic photocopy before proceed, he said he will do later because he dont have scanner with him and suggest me to bank in 1st, i said its ok, we wait till u get the scanner, he said it maybe late, and he offer to gime he his ic number first and tell me to proceed to bank in as he will send it today, before he is enable to send me his photocopy ic.

all story above just a story.. the most important thing is, he is scammer, received the money, but still want ppl money for the same item which i think is not even exists.. haihz

To TS, yes.. i suppose 3.4k is just a small amount to u, yet u can simply bank in to a stranger.. hope u can take this as a lesson.

I have been through many online trading, thats is why i am not that careful this time.

i was nearly conned by him. Very tempted to get his 50D as it was amazingly cheap.

I contacted seller, spoke to him for 5 mins, bargained and he gave me 3.2K also. I said i will drive to Cherating to COD with him. he said ok.

The next day, i sms him say cherating abit far, so he suggested to deal via POST. i said okay then went on to a casual chat (sms) with the seller, and ask wht he works as. He said he is working as an Assistant Manager in KL, but now based in Cherating.

i smelled something fishy. 1st way to identify if he is genuine, i asked to send me more pictures of the things he promised in his post. He said too busy, ask me to google it. Nvm.. i start to feel that he doesnt even have the item.

Next i suggested to him, since he is from KL, im sure he have friends or relatives whom he can trust down here, i said i will pay him deposit, he send the stuff down to his relative/friends then i proceed to COD.

His immediate response was How much deposit?

When i said RM100, just enuff to cover his cost of shipping to and fro in case i chose not to buy after seeing the item, he straight away lost interest.

Then the following day i sms him, say i buy only his lens. He said ok at my ridiculous offer for that lens of RM500 (market price for secondhand of tht lens is 1K>)

At that point of time, i feel doubious, which is enough for me to call off the deal and not be greedy, as i have had past bad experience. I even reported it to one of the Admins.

Then at night i saw 2zai's thread, i immediately PM him asking for the date he made the payment. and hence, confirmed he is a scammer.

Its a shame we have such people around, which makes online trading a nightmare

PS: To you the SCAMMER, need money, earn it yourself. These are people's hard earned money.

Luckily i bring out this issue. If not more people get conned by this guy.

another number used by this guy is 016-5035234
he used this number to call me first day. Claim by him his phone out of batt. he borrow from his friend.

So i consider this one of his partner in it.

So, becareful if you saw this number

i think TS, u can ask the police sarjan to contact him ( pretend as buyer ) and catch him on hand during COD

problem is he will not show up upon COD since he doesn't have any item on hand.
Did u asked the police inspector what else can u do like freezing his bank a/c or track his h/p no.??
otherwise sure gone case d...

Actually i trust this trade because he mentioned can COD.
but finally gone out is a scam

Seems like the best way for him to Loan money eh with 0% interest
