Tummy Losing Journal, Lose my tummy, advise appreaciated

My target is to get rid of fats in my tummy so I'm going for this weight loss diet + workout. My current details.... 17 March 2010Height: 180cm Weight: 86kg EquipmentDumbbell x 2 - adjustable 5kg, 7.5kg or 10kg Planned ScheduleMonday: Jogging + workout Tuesday: Jogging Wednesday: Jogging + workout Thursday: Jogging Friday: Jogging + workout Saturday: Rest Sunday: Jogging Motive:To lose weight and tummy for healthier life Please give me advise or comment or even flame me if what I did is wrong. Today details:
TRANNING
Sun still shine brightly and only get down around 7.00 PM, and thats the time I go out for jogging. Due to late time, I couldnt do any Dumbbell workout. So in details...
JOGGING - Medium pace for 45s then sprint for 15s x 2 (total 2m) after that steady jogging until last 2 min, Medium pace for 45s then sprint for 15s x 2 (total 2m)
Total Time: 40 minutes
MEALS
6.30AM: Quaker oatmeal mix HL milk (microwave for 1.30 min)
10.00AM: 2 x Half boiled egg (but it end up almost boiled egg =.=)
12.30PM: 2 slices of Gardenia wholegrain with peanut butter + tuna (TC Boy tuna in spring water, I only microwave the tuna for 1 min) + 1 apple
3.00PM: 2 slices of Gardenia wholegrain with peanut butter + tuna (same as above)
7.30PM: Small cup of HL milk (after jogging)
8.00PM: Small portion of rice + vege + pork + curry fish head 2 small piece (cant help it since my family order it but I eat very small portion, even smaller than my rice)
All meal accompanied with water unless specified

Today details:
Today has been worst for me. I been headache for whole day, even Panadol cant help. Already get some sleep and still pain until now but its getting better. I wonder if its my meal plan to cause it, any idea anyone?
TRANNING
No trainning due to headache
MEALS
6.30AM: Quaker oatmeal mix HL milk (microwave for 1.30 min)
10.30AM: 2 x Half boiled egg + Kellogg snacker bar
2.00PM: 2 slices of Gardenia wholegrain with peanut butter
7.30PM: Small cup of HL milk
8.30PM: Nandos Quarter chicken (herbs flavor) with grilled vege + potato salad
10.30PM: Carrot Juice
All meal accompanied with water unless specified

7.00PM: Old Town Hainan Chicken Chop Rice + Hot Xi Mut Teh
All meal accompanied with water unless specified

honestly..i feel shame that i didnt update my journal here..
but for very sure that it works, all my friends saying that I really lose my tummy by a lot and totally 2 different people 1 month ago. my photo session is successful =)
I planning to build some strength and muscle here but i do not aim for those big muscle, im more like toward athletic body (i read somewhere that only doing jogging will actually prevent muscle growth, is that true?)
Hope you guys can give me some advise on the training type (i own 2 dumbbell now)

Whats your diet like? and whats your new goal now that the photoshoot is over. Perhaps wanna read the stickies in the bodybuilding section. there, alot of your questions has already been answered
