Is anyone aware what is the current project that is being developed by Sunway Holdings in Taman Desa? The site is located right opposite the Danau Impian Condominium. Is it commercial or residential?

Any other info about it will be great if anyone can share, thanks a lot.

i believe that is by faber group semi-D and banglos.

i jogged pass the site n c that its machinery is under Sunway, so I am guessing it's Sunway's project.

if bungalow in tmn desa, then it's not something i can consider investing due to budget.

confirmation from a colleague that there is a Bungalow project by Faber, not from Sunway.

Just next to Danau Impian across the road.

Min price is expected 2mil, as stated by airline.

2 mil for a bungalow is considered dirt cheap if it's located in prime land. ara damansara semi-d also more than 2 mil liao.

there is another place being fenced up in blue next to papilion. next to faber heights.
anyone knows if there is a projec there. or just dbkl papan tande

the board is up, it says 40 units of semi-d & 6 units of bungalow, the project is called Armada Villa.

googled it but no details of the project

just pop by faber office nearby only la

how much is the Semi-D?

i know one guy bought 3 storey semi-D at 3.1 million

That place is freehold or leasehold? The older houses beside the site is leasehold was selling for rm800k after 2 years price shot up to rm1.7million...
