vshub service is kinda slow, perhaps u can try borderlinx.. express shipping doesnt seem very expensive either

Vpost seems to be cheaper rate compared to others though.
Why not give a try on Vpost instead..

i heard that USPS is quite cheap but i'm still not so sure coz of the volumetric weight and all.like for me i'm trying to ship 2 boxes of shoes..

nope.. i do not have any friend at US neither im not in US Too actually i saw many of the US forwarders there provide US ADDRESS so it's easy when we purchase US WEBSITE online but i wanted to look for more forwarders which is much cheapest

USPS is cheaper as it is the national mailing service.
similiar to our pos malaysia.

so when it reaches malaysia, it will go thru pos malaysia's network.

just fyi.

VSHub stole my free gifts and samples before. When asked, they said that they didn't know they were mine. The gifts are not stated in the invoice.. Memangla. Free stuff, I didn't put it inside the cart. The merchant just add them when the purchase entitled me free stuff!

Only when I threatened them to take a legal action, baru they send the stuff. But only one of it. Satu lagi vanished just like that. Contacting them is a painful experience. Only by email and super slow responses.

Guy, Anyone here experience dealing with VS hub recently, waiting for my stuff almost 6week by now and i not sure how long i have to wait since then money already on their hand.

Like solsekuin44 comment above, respond from VS hub are super slow if you mail them.Don"t know what to do now,need advise from anyone experience dealing with VS hub previously.

Most of them refused to ship perfume as it's flammable.

You just need to specify your international address and they will give you a rate to pay and your item will get shipped.

Try viaAddress, its cheap. vPost not bad too..

I'm having problem with this stupid HOPSHOPGO service. They sent me an email and inform that my items has been arrived at their place. Then, as usual, i login the website and proceed to click button "Ship this now",but the button is not working. I've informed their customer service regarding my problem and until now there's no response from them. I am really frustrated with their service.

Thought i would share my experience with this forwarding company im using/was using, Shipito.com.
Im fairly satisfied by their service but a bit irritated by their methods

PRO
1. Really well thought out process/basic service integrated into their website
-Pictures of any incoming parcels will always be provided
-45 days warehouse free
-Customer support on a very personal level
-Many choices of delivery options (cheap Shipito airmail, USPS, DHL, freight etc)

2. A lot of extra services provided
-Consolidation. Repackaging, stripping of product packaging
-Assisted purchases (even in HK, China, Japan)
-Many warehouses, even in europe, HK, china, Japan
-Will verify products in parcels (if receiving from questionable ebay sellers) by taking pictures


CON
1. High requirements on all members (to reduce fraud risks)
-Limited spending monthly for members from certain high risk countries (includes Malaysia)
-Certain countries are disallowed from using credit card (includes Malaysia) and only allowed Paypal and Telegraphic transfer
-Can counteract spending limit by doing telegraphic transfer
-Need to verify certain number of points by providing proof, IC, driving license, utilities bill, USPS Form

2. Relatively high costs.
-USD50 for virtual mailbox account (that allows consolidation)
-Each mail out costs USD8
-Extras service requires extra topup money (which is acceptable really)


I had 6 purchases from 6 separate sellers. Given that possibly a flat package USPS delivery will average minimum USD30~. I would have to pay at least USD180~ for all of them if i mailed straight to MY with USPS and wouldve required 2 weeks waiting time.
In the end Shipito received all my purchases and consolidated everything and sent that one parcel by DHL for USD150~ and it only required 4 days waiting time.
However i had one hell of a time sending money by Telegraphic transfer, because the sender name that came to them wasnt my name, it was the Bank Of America, well lesson learnt.

SUMMARY
Recommended if youre expecting to buy a lot of things from many various places and you want to reduce costs by consolidating. I wish i found them when i was on an ebay music instrument binge a few years ago.

EVER SHIP FROM BORDERLINX. Have problems with them because of my Malaysian credit card wth. They try to bully you by sucking your money out of you. Plus their "customer service" is really a useless piece of crap.Recommend comgateway.
