@Goldie, u sure class 2 works fine with 720p?
maybe is Canon different system?
cos i record 720p video with D5000 using class 6 Transcend 4Gb(real class6? sweat.gif )
the video recording will cut off b4 even the time limit reach

but Sandisk Ultra class 4 works fine sweat.gif

higher Class of SDHC card will give negative feedback to the recording mode?!...

no, i guess jz the brand issue
Sandisk is famous for underrated cards
their Ultra class 4 outperforms most brands class 6

Apparently Transcend has problems la. I've checked out others and they (using Canon) have problem with Transcends as well. Class 6 too if not mistaken.

The video just records a bit then poof - stop. same goes another person who asked me on FB - using Sandisk Class 4.

my Kingston Class 2 and Class 4 all no problem even with 1080p. can video until run out of space some more.

means reliability comes in good brands, lol

donno. Transcend i thought decent brand. I also donno la. All i know is my Kingston works. I've heard of Transcend and Sandisk failing.

oh btw, in i donno if what i face is Canon related or any video related la. in some cases, I record a few second it just stopped. what I do is just take out the SDHC and just blow it / rub it or whatever clean the contacts and put in. then ok already.

i just mentioned i've heard of Sandisk failing. tongue.gif hehe. i think best is try out friend's unit with your camera when possible.

i took a gamble with Toshiba Class 10 recently - works fine!

d problm with Sandisk is too many fake in d market
maybe those failed 1 is fake?
so far my Sandisk Ultra works reli well
my fren's Kingston class 4 failing d, once in a while got corrupted files
maybe his card jz old d la...

why nikon/canon do not produce SDHC ? haha...
din c NIKON / CANON SDHC for sales... lol...

Nikon SD cards r jz rebranded Toshiba cards IINM, or issit rebranded Sandisk? dun rmbr well
basically Nikon cards r good, but performance can top out Sandisk/Kingston class 6 card la
