Im new. However, I have a question. Should I reall forward port? Under what circumstances only should I forward port? I currently do not know my router's username and password so should I ask the guy who sold it to me?
Right now, when I play L4D, there's like a 0.5 second lag. Is that counted as good? |

You port forward only if you had weird problem on connection i.e. can see friend status but cannot initiate communication.Right now, when I play L4D, there's like a 0.5 second lag. Is that counted as good?  0.5 second lag in terms of game play or connection? if gameplay hiccups is normal, blame your ISP for that. |
