Im having problem with my Astro Remote Control (Normal Astro not Beyond) with my new Toshiba Regza 42RV600E. For example when i press 7, it will show 4, and sometimes it will turn off the decoder. Anybody has the same problem?

Buy a pasar malam remote and try. Sounds like a faulty remote to me. If still new, go claim warranty

It is working fine with my CRT TV. It started having this problem after installing LCD TV.

Go to AOne at Digital Mall, they are selling the original Astro remote.

RM30 it will cost you, you just need to sync with your decoder with 0000 code and start using it..

I dont think so , but before you buy it , ask the cashier or technical guys inside..

They might be able to tell you the exact code. When i bought and sync with my old decoder ( Now Beyond), they gave me the code.

At the Installation Menu, press 0000 on your remote and it will start sync'ing..

nevermind..i just put the decoder a little further away from the bunch of cables..problem solved..
