What's the Interest rate like?
At the range of 2.8 - 3.5 (as of 1st week of Jan) , depends on banks your record and the time loan if approve

Where can I get the lowest rate?
Usually Islamic banking offers a lower rate, if you know someone working in the bank you'll get a much detail info, or you can bring a copy of lowest approve rate from your friend and show to your favorite bank and ask them to match the given rate.

actually it differs from 1 dealer to another .(or one branch to another)

basically allocated means the chassis is book to your name - in NAZA's system (which can be change)..
I believe branches wanted the owner to place the DP as soon as possible and ready loan approve to make sure the delivery wouldn't be delayed ( but too early isn't good as well), imagine car allocated but loan isn't approve, usually it will be pass to the next waiting person in that branch.

For my case I purchase from Dealer, the dealer quite selamba , no deposit just book require and he manage his delivery sequence (1st come 1st serve lor), so when the car is ready to be deliver he will ask all payment to be prepare 1 week in advance.

your car allocation got nothing to do with Korea stock delivery. All are locally manage means cars is on Malaysia's shore d !

in order to register the car it requires a document call K1 to be release on JPJ system, insurance have to be ready (to get insurance you must have the chassis & engine number- number only given to you when all payment are clear)then only you can proceed with registration

Register means can be OTR road d la .... road tax and car also ready d what

the problem we face previously was car allocated but cannot register with JPJ ... so owners only drooling at his/her car in the show room only.

but with 2k really dont recommend you to go ahead with forte unless you have very high deposit eg: 40-50k and a longer term loan.

monthly cost of living (bills, rental , food) - at least RM 800
to own a car this price (service , gas .. insurance) - looking at at least 400 a month
you only have 800 to spend - nto to forget your EPF and savings are a must

so better think properly

any car also when you stop at time there's a patch of water that's from the aircon.. it can be as much as half cup of water ... if it drips like water pipe then better be careful , else is normal

Congrats looks like very good chance to be in Top 15 bracket for quite some time, don't think can break into top 10 as being in top 10 mean 1k units of delivery per month don't think Naza can coupe with that.

today I detected the sound when I was a passenger on the back seat ... and I found out is the fold able sear is making the sound, the sound started because didn't close properly + my body weight when ever go over a bump the sound came in.

So just place it back properly problem solved.
