V5 should be for 2.0 updates right. Forummers, please update WHEN you actually receive your 2.0. Can't wait to get first hand owner's feedback.

Almost got it just for the 6 airbags but because didn't need leather seats (scared hot as thought black but now looks greyish?), auto cruise (rarely go highway and don't like first gen Wira ones that feels light. Is forte's new drive by wire type that you keep distance to front car?) and also MDSP as worry wheel too much like computer games wheel so dangerous, I finally decide to save $12K.

andreslck, good stuff for your car maintenance. Please make sure you use 2 bucket system washing to ensure no swirls on car like you get doing it outside

Wah.. never check in a while v5 already 100 pages. Just want to ask about the bumper clip defects. I remember reading about it dunno which version page and I recently saw my drivers side bumper upper clip also loose, need to constantly push back and now not too tight already. How was it resolved as told the SC and he also say first time saw this (dunno true or not)? He can try to fix but cannot guarantee and need to remove whole bumper first which I decline as rush for time.

Wah! Jealouslah keep hearing people get free stuff.. Everytime I ask last time, the SA mention where got such thing.. So, I got nothing except maybe get my forte come 1 month earlier than expected as 2nd batch colour available which I choose as my original colour spicy red not available & I'm behind queue somemore.

Looks like bumper issue I'm not alone here. Just wondering ohmygod (I'm in Penang btw) & sallehsi, is it on your driver's side or passenger.. is it on top like mine?

I also never realize until read once in forum at that time didn't happen to me but recently does.. so others you may want to check. This must be considered defect already?

For those who's resolve, how is it done?? At SC or outside workshop? Did you call careline which I think I want to do tomorrow..

Another small item is your gear knob, is it solid or can shift 1-2mm, didn't notice until I purposely check as heard some folk's came undone.

Other than that Forte is great so far. Hope with 1st service and fully synthetic, it will be an even smoother ride!!
