Just received a call from the Management of Aircool / Oldboy Kopitiam and they have indicated that they'd like to extend to MyFORTE Club: Forte Owners Club Malaysia: 1 FREE cup of White Coffee for each member per dine in at Oldboy Kopitiam @ Bandar Puteri Puchong! Cool eh! And, they have offered to print & sponsor us the member's card too...provided that we have their logo on it.

anyone want to do bulk for mud flaps? cannot understand why it's not included. really very fast dirty lah.

also about the bodykit, i prefer the naza version offered by derrick in FB. anyone planning to do that? can bulk?

I think miet are right...Mud flaps are the important + priority mod here..I had to agree to that because my forte is Black..and to certain forterian which are dark or white or silver cannot escape from rain and mud...I wash my car every these days because after rain when you drive back from office or even buy some grocery at near by..sure you got some dirt...Dark colour stick on dirt very obvious..Newly construct road have lots of Tar..and not easy to detect in dark paint also...very le-cheh one...

same thing happened to me..driver side bumper also loose..need to keep pushing the cips after drive for sometimes..its not a big defect..but sometimes i got annoyed need to always checked the bumper..im afraid it will drop while im driving

encounter problems after second day.

When i engage Reverse gear, there is no beep sound and there is no display on the reversing.

I remembered i had the display in the morning when i started the car in my house. but during lunch time, tiada.

the beep is not like old car which indicate the car is reversing. our forte the beep indicates there is something behind you

(eh can confirm ar.. havent notice if nothing behind)

Its CKD from the beginning. and yes the spec and build quality same as CBU (at least for 1st and 2nd batch 1.6 and 1st batch 2.0)

no indicator or serial. some said if start with K and P is the differences. but for me its only difference in serial number. the car still CBU in quality.
but you know and i know the car is "CKD". Kia malaysia also state its CKD and the price is CKD price. and our car is special. for those who serial number is started with K, may get AP for "CKD". and this doesn't mean that cars with P serial is low in quality. its just serial number changes and no AP given.

1st batch = nov/dec 2009 released
2nd batch = feb 2010 released

2.0
1st batch = march 2010

bro, i think we should postpone the installation first~ we are try looking for another option cause less people support this group purchase..
And the workmanship for the shop are not up to our expectation also~
