Mine didn't have rattling sound even at maximum seat height...

Looks like we can compile a list of rattling sounds liao:
1. Seat
2. Glove box
3. Driver reading lights/sunglasses compartment (mine )
4. Seat belt/side pillar
5. ? feel free to add

yik yik sound i presume should be from ur absorber mounting rubber... most korean cars have this problem...my hyundai also, never ending yik yik sound. to a point these SC ppl can blame it on the boot lock. Zzz never been able to rectify it for the last 2 yrs!

just check. rattling sound occur after done tinted or before?
if after send back to the shop ask them open back the door panel and fix them back properly.

mine is the connector which is bad in shape. its blue in color. its usage is for attaching the door panel to the door.
once replace no more rattling sound.

For all 2.0 owners, wondering whats the fc of yer forte. Mine 90 percent city drives is about 13 to 14 liter/100km, which is quite bad in my opinion. My full tank will last about 350km only.

btw, can u click the above link? its something like that but ours blue in color. mine replaced with yellow one.. the original one is bad in shape and cannot attach the panel with the door perfectly.

mine prob occured after fix dent at door. after fit back the door panel can hear the annoying rattling sound.
send back again to the shop and ask them to fix it back properly.
when check nothing is wrong, all wiring is intact. then suspect that little thingy.
coz its bad in shape. after change its okay.

maybe you can ask SC to check the panel.

As for my case, after several sms her, finally she replied saying my car already arrived at JB.
Hopefully she can make the delivery b4 Friday.
Not too excited before I can really see my babe...I'm afraid this is another empty promise.

OK GUYS! got my new ride just this afternoon. 2.0 SX!!! However very unlucky today, took the car and was driving to the gas station from the warehouse and guess what? ran out of gas!!! Zzzz....

ok so far driving back to office i notice a few things on my ride which you guys have mentioned b4:

1. wheel alignment problem (steers to the left)
2. yik Yik sound from the drivers seat belt
3. Really light steering control
4. Good pickup
5. Too bouncy once you reach 140 km/h.
6. aerodynamics of the car during high speed and cross wind a bit of a worry to me

I think it's becoz of the pressure u're experiencing those bumpy rides and instability when driving fast.

Faster go regulate ur tyres hehe.
