Hey folks, regarding the Autofoam, I'd like to know if you need to book a slot or not if going to KL Auto (for instance like Sierra Glow)? I'm staying in Penang so can only make one trip to hear about the packages and do installation....

I also have the common door rattling issue, who are the best people to solve this issue (the SC ppl don't look experienced at Forte, dunno what will happen if they open it up)? The other issue was car cushion noise, but after sending 2x to SC they agreed to order new seat to replace...

Been enjoying my car so far, but the only bad thing is that it seems to attract "Scratchers". Park somewhere and I'll come back to find scratch marks made out of coin or key...
Actually before my ride came I kept calling my SA to push and hoping her to call. Sometimes she din answer and it ended up with me making average 5-10 calls per day. Then I noticed: "damn, worse than tackling girl"

Hey bro, regarding the autofoam, u need not to book but for sure u need to wait (spend about 2 hours for installation). Quite a no of cars are waiting over there Call Desmond Chung (the boss). He is quite a friendly person. Btw, beware not to park illegally and remember to buy car ticket if u happen to park outside...the DBKL is very hardworking over there. Anyway, if u kena saman, no worries, Desmond will pay for u willingly 

About the door rattling issue, try to tighten the screw. This mainly due to the window tinting installation. If the prob still persist, u can always go back to SC to add "3M" (type of glue absorber) between the door and the safety bar. But if u looking for extra comfort, maybe u can opt for sound insulation for the door ("roar killer package"). Ask Desmond, he will explain everthing to you once u get there...

B4 installation, when I set the aircond to the fullness, I feel the car difficult to pick up and not smooth...

i booked my car at dealer on dec. 2009...yesterday got call from my sa..car ready for allocation...was told that i'm going to be first 2.0 owner in alor setar..

Called Kia Careline for first time after many of u guys been told of 2.0 alloocation.

Nice pleasant girl answered.
After inquring mykad no. and (hopefully really) checking the system... told me that my name IS NOT in booking system. I told her that i booked from a dealer in December and mentioned the dealer company.

She told me that ALMOST ALL that book 2.0 from branch has been allocated .. however for dealer bookings, she can't really check coz the info was not accessible to her at the time. Took my h/phone no. and said she'll call back.

Hopefully she calls back today coz my SA has no concrete news ...

Maybe book from dealer in Alor Setar can get early coz nearer to Gurun. Dealer can just drive off car .. no need truck.

one thing that i noticed is that once we get to 160km/h, the car starts to be bouncier/waver/floating...dun know why...maybe due to suspension..any advise?

I have tat too... just notice it my wife also notice it...new car  no sound...Yik sound happen when you touch the accelerator pedal when slow..sudden touch of pedal you could hear it...I also post it at FB.
