Is D90 a good DSLR ?? How much is it ?
*
considering if u know how to shoot with MANUAL SLR then yes D90 is a good camera.. as in other camera..
it's not good when it's broken.. or not used. period.
price range is from RM3.8k to RM4k+TQ

(this answer is based on ur question)

But the sony have Super SteadyShot Image Stabilizationin the dslr , which 1 better ?
*
ha ha ha even if u have SSSS (Super SuperSteadyShot) but ur hand still shivers a lot then it doesnt help a zit..
IS, VR, SSS.. are the tools that helps only..
when u manage to master them.. then it's better..
use Sony SSS for 3 months.. then use Nikon VR for 3 months.. then u decide..
different people.. different perspective.. wokeh pinoh...

QUOTE(KTCY @ Mar 15 2010, 05:31 PM)
I got 1 8gb, 1 16gb, 1 4gb. tongue.gif
Hey, I think you should stop being a spoon feed person.
Start reading before asking very very easy question.

There is pros and cons of SSS.

agree...

its masking with photoshop..
i do this by trial and error.. but i think u can get the tutorial in sifoo.com or from u-tube ("Shoot and Photoshop an unusual self portrait")

anyway.. if u got time then this technique is called multiplicity.. go and dig more..

ya loh.. when u got to.. ie KLCC then u saw a guy/girl holding D90 in his/her hands framing for the towers..
on his/her neck is a D300s or D700 w/out lens..
then after 'unsuccesfully' taking pictures he changes his lens (presumeably 1755 or UWA) and attach it to his/her other body..

damn.. that's weird..

QUOTE(dvlzplayground @ Apr 5 2010, 04:36 PM)
i thought if we half-press the shutter, then recompose, the focus wont change?

all the while shutter button is half-pressed
*
QUOTE(shadow111 @ Apr 5 2010, 04:59 PM)
it wont refocus if u alrdy press the shutter release half-way and the focus is alrdy been lock.
i do this most of the time
*
yah the S1-S2 method (half press is S1 and full press the shutter is S2) but the question is:
QUOTE(mememe12 @ Apr 5 2010, 03:01 PM)
focusing : AF-S
Shooting-mode: CH - continuous
focusing point: single point at center
....
u guys get wat i mean? tongue.gif
*
shooting mode is continuous lah...
so i think the best method is AE/AF lock..
but then again, if the subject is moving.. then not much can be help even with AE/AF lock..
except the subket is moving vertically that makes the focus still intact on the subject..

if manual focus, then how bout the setting the aperture and shutter speed? manually on the lense or can adjust using the d90 settings on the screen?
*
the settings (ISO, shutter, aperture) can be set like usual..
the only thing that changes when using manual focus, is that u have to manually turn the focus ring on the lens..

me, sometimes use manual focus (when taking macro pictures, or using my fisheye) its not that hard actually~
