You have misinterpreted the job ad. They are only using the place in Pavilion temporarily to hold job interviews since Fahrenheit 88 has yet to open.

Besides, I doubt that is true since Fahrenheit 88 is just a stone's throw away from Pavilion (which is also in charge of retail management for the former). If they are to open a second store in the future, they would do it somewhere further away - probably in The Gardens, Sunway Pyramid or 1 Utama, provided there are vacant lots available to them.
It will take a while before Uniqlo plans to open its second store in this country as they will need to gauge their flagship store's sales performance.

The clothes don't make the man. It should only amplify who you are. What should make the most difference to be 'different' is what's inside. That's why some people can wear the most expensive things, and still look cheap.

The view at noon is so much more spectacular especially when viewed from the inside of Pavillion at level 3.

Looking forward to it~

Dude... Zara is not shitty, just that the prices in Malaysia is stupid (around 40-50% marked up price compared to UK), the lines are like 1-2 seasons behind somemore! In UK, it's like one of the most affordable/best brands for its price...

I dun see which of their products have bad quality.... Do enlighten me pls..
at least to me it's many times better than those stupid Topman or H&M..

Uniqlo itself is not really expensive, but I think when it comes to Malaysia, it's gonna be marked up like hell....

zara is not for people who are going there looking for essentials...they are better at making trendy clothes....not essentials....uniqlo is more essential stuff....plus...zara around the world are always right on season....even in M'sia...don;t believe? go to zara website check their collection and go to any store in M'sia to find it....they're always there....even when I went to zara in HK they sell the same thing....and yes....uniqlo quality is gud for the price u pay....

but u have to take into account that the pronunciation isnt meant for japanese only, it is more for all the people around the globe, so i guess the right way should be u-neek-glo?

Hmm.. I am talking about the topman T-shirts which have many diff colours n really westernised designs... What topman is that? I am not really tbh coz in UK there's only 1 Topman for everything... Or if u mean different lines in topman, zara have different lines as well ar.. zara casual, zara basic etc..

I am calculating based on current exchange rate lar for the 40-50%... UK-Malaysia exchange rate is stable with rm5 to 1 pound now... the prices of Zara in Malaysia divided by 7 = UK price if u know what i mean.. For example a shoes in UK sells for 29 pounds, in Malaysia its rm199.. the last time rm7 to 1 pound was like 3 years+ ago....
7/5 = 1.4 = 140%... Well the reason i said could be up to 50% is because the sales for Zara is so bad here in Malaysia as well... You could say its due to policies for franchaise holder lar...

Other than European brand, G2000 is also VERY expensive in Malaysia... HK-Malaysia exchange rate have always been quite stable around 2.2-2.4.... But the working clothes n pants here are so much more expensive!... A new pants in KLCC G2000 is rm169... in HK it's only 230+ HKD original price.... Its bought at the same period of time also...

@chuakz,
uniqlo is quite trendy as well actually...
I am not sure about zara websites, but I am sure of what i see... There was once I bought this shoes in UK which I saw it still selling in Zara KLCC 1 year later.. U may say it's an old product still selling but do u have any idea how fast Zara produces new line of stuffs in Spain? They come up with new stuffs EVERY 2 weeks.... That's why I doubt the website is not even up to date with it....
I actually been to Zara in HK as well, their stuffs are actually slower than UK ones as well...

The original logo reads "Yu-ni-ku-ro". Yes, the original logo is in Japanese.

Correct.

Usually, Uniqlo plastic features two logo side-by-side.

Same logo design, only different words.

One is "Uniqlo", another one is "Yu-ni-ku-ro".
