Guys just need some advice, currently my HTPC spec are

Intel i3 3.10Ghz
8GB DDr3 RAM
Win7 64bit
Running XBMC latest

now im planing to change the pc to old one with below spec
Intel Core2Duo E7500 2.93Ghz
4GB DDR2 RAM
Win7 64Bit
Running XBMc latest

so my question are, my existing HTPC are running fine for all Bluray Rip 1080p without any lag.  will this Core2Duo also support fine for all HD movies?

Please Advice

Should be OK as long as your graphic is dedicated or Intel hd4000... To make it even smoother... Install openelec xbmc so you could boot to xbmc and not using windows
