Bro having problem setup my htpc.
I connected my mini hdmi from my graphic card to my Sony Bravia 46ex
The display frame rate seems very low.
Changing windows or playing games all lag.

Reducing resolution all doesn't help.
Wonder will cable length cause issue?
I'm using a 3m mini hdmi to hdmi cable

guys,
wanna ask...
currently my audio is passed to my LED TV.
Am planning to let the audio to pass to my phillips 5.1 surround system.

option 1:
optical audio from TV -> sound system

option 2:
optical audio from PC -> sound system

which one will work?

Actually I prefer choice 1 too. And my TV does support ARC.
However when any video passes the audio to TV through hdmi, it can pass to the AV player through the hdmi arc. That's why I found it weird
