Fat PS3 V1
Linux, PS2/PS1 Gaming (Original) Fat PS3 V2 Linux, Reduced PS2 compatibility (EE chip removed) Slim PS3 No Linux, Reduced PS2 compatibility XBOX 360 Halo, Gears of War, etc. Pros & Cons - PS3 can be used as a blu-ray player. XBOX 360 can't go online if machine is modded but can play "games". |
