Is there a such thing it come with both (usb and firewire)? If using firewire as a method to plug in...it doesnt require to use power supply right?
Example if i'm buying a WD external hardrive is hard for me to copy files from windows OS (like muvie or audio) and play it in Mac Os right?

there is one, WD My Passport Studio; doesnt require to use power supply. the price is RM400+ i think.

got firewire800 & usb connections. but if you want to share with your windows
1. you can to reformat it to fat32. if your reformat it to fat32 there will be a maximum file size limit; 4gb.
2. or reformat it to NTFS & install NTFS-3G or MacFuse on your mac
3. or stayed with the HFS+ Journaled format & installed Mediafour MacDrive on your windows pc
