maybe will be getting a philips SHP8900 next month.. or are there any other better headphones within that price?

btw, does a SHP8900 gives that much different in sound if using the onboard Realtek ALC888 8+2 Channel HD Audio, compared if using any good soundcards out there? and does using a head amp gives much better sounds for this model?
