I bought myself a MX400 which is essentially a MX500 without the volume control.. The sound is pretty good.. brighter and more engaging than my HP890.. but the HP890 is more balanced, smoother and less tiring to listen to.. I still prefer the HP890..

Bought myself the MX400 because of thinking to mod my O2 Mini handsfree with it.. no need for volume control..
