I unlocked a game this morning 11/3/10 to play full game..
Points been deducted but cant access to full game
Tried Redownload, signed in and out...few times.. but still the same...

Anyone know whats the problem and solution ?

What game are talking about? What points? Any screenshots of the error message?

points? judging by his siggy perhaps she meant the MS point which now they allow to buy game on9 on Xbox360?

Case scenario for purchase game online with microsoft points :-
1-download trial game
2-play
2-unlock full game
3-PLAY the full game

NOW..after i pay for 800pts..
4-still shown as "trial game"

What happens after you delete the demo and redownload the full game?

try to delete the game
and redownload it back

go to xbox.com and make a report

you sure you bought bomberman? the game isnt even on your gamer's tag played games list

You may go back to the bomberman LIVE's page in XBOX LIVE to see if the full game is ticked.

If it is perhaps you need to sync the game license. You may call the XBOX helpline @ singapore

While this information is useful, the marked red clearly stated TS's problem is otherwise.... The point should be intact and the transaction should never be completed.

I would only think of some other technical issue such as console is modded or HDD is having some major issue....

but one need to call XBOX LIVE to confirm....

I bought Bomberman Live and Worms. I got 5 gamerscore for Bomberman Live, which means I have bought the game to be able to unlock the game right? Then, after reboot, it appeared as trial game again, and i have 5 gamerscore on it! BRILLIANT.

This is weird.....I brought a lot of arcade game but never had such issue.

How bout try to sign in another username, play the trial for a while then revert back?

talking about these bloody live games...

i still got problem playing a few games bought by SG account using my US account, shown as full games in SG account, but still trial in US account

This is expected. XBOX Live purchase tagged to one account.

not all games are tagged to one account la

eg: Castle Crasher is a full game in both my US & SG account
but zuma & lumines is only a full game in my SG account

I don't know yours. But I once tried if I can get a free game by using others account and failed.
