Most Malaysian actually doesn't care about LETTERBOX.., sure many of us agree with my statements...
but when it comes to pillarbox, yeah! many of us really hate and don't like this...
actually, it is the same things, just letterbox has "empty" slot on above and below picture...
and Malaysian have seen letterbox since their small. So, probably their eyes "sudah biasa" with it...

Hallmark does not have CC.., it is Open Caption... The subtitles are always there... same as AXN, SD Nat Geo, Discovery, Star Movies, Star World, E! so on....
