It can't help you to loose weight also. It's a bulking agent , when eaten it will expand slightly to make u feel fuller and eat less. Because it's so low in calories , u will lose weight ..... also helps when u take a dump :-)

Cost about RM19.90 a pack in Caring Pharmacy. Mix one teaspoon into fruit juice. Yummy. And 'things' will go smoothly and peacefully.

Its expensive to buy from health shops/supermarkets/organic shops. Cheapest be from the Bangladeshis shops behind Kota Raya. You can get one kg of it for approximately RM40. Caution against long-term use of it though.

Yeah. Long term use may result in dependancy on the product to make "things smooth".

QUOTE(eeeee7 @ Feb 23 2011, 04:07 PM) UNFORTUNATELY...i dont really have the passion to go on for long term, haha.. and also dont have any moe on what to mixed with 'dont have any moe'? sorry. didn't get that. but if you're wondering what to mix psyllium with, most would go with water and some with a little added freshly squeezed lemon juice. helps get your digestive juices going! |
