It's perfect like a real Android though some features here and there aren't working but overall, it is really smooth.  Thanks to N900 being ARM Cortex-A8 and having a pretty decent Graphics chip. |

Dual boot. You either have Android in MicroSD or Mass Storage. Flashing the ROM is not possible at the moment. It's not like on HTC HD
