Everything is okay and battery life quite long lasting too.

mine already 10 months luckily dont have that gap yet...maybe the spring a bit longgar already..come to think about it, i rarely use the physical keyboard..did u use it a lot?

N97 dont have very big C: memory so u should install applications to mass memory ..most of my friend's N97 complain lag because when i check their phone memory almost full liaou.. should've use mass memory..32GB yo

that gap is annoying...
i rarely use it too... maybe when im using fring or dictionary...
estimate about 2 to 3 times a week...
maybe lesser..it the gap repairable?

today after my exam i switch on my phone... it load to NOKIA wording then off again... about 2 or 3 times.. then only can on like normal again... y mine so many problems?

eh mine also got, but i'm not too bothered about it, in fact i didn't even realize it was there until you point it out. the gap appears on the top of the phone but the bottom one is fine. I guess it's always been like this. and yes, i use the keyboard A LOT!

E72 is a good phone. I used before 1 week.
I love the battery life but beside that

(1)Screen too tiny for me 2.36inch vs 3.5inch
(2)Browsing is tiring because need to scroll down when touchscreen per click will immediately open it when
(3) Dont really like the OLD UI
(4) Speaker not really loud and clear
(5) the physical keyboard too tiny for me
(6) Setting up the email can be *ss when it keep connect to the internet if u do not know how to set
(7) For gps navigation the screen so small it will make me end up missing many turns
(8) you will always accidentally press the email key while scrolling

This just my opinion from using nokia E72. Its a phone not really for me

i use the touch screen function to type msg, then i press the surface... it is like pressing the screen pad and pressing the screen toward the keyboard (the gap)
like pressing 2 times...

10 times i go for nokia care centre they never ask for warranty card. I also dunno where is mine anyway haha

Guys , I'm getting N97 soon but the problem is how to transfer my back up contact files from Blackberry to N97 thus I'm gonna selling my Blackberry first then buy N97 .
