Since this being a property thread, there are essential the usual suspects of players involve namely:
1. Purchaser
2. Seller
3. Developer
4. Contractor
5. Agent
6. Valuer
7. Financial Institution
8. Insurance
9. Legal

We have covered most of it but it would seems hard to find information pertaining to good lawyers. Hence would appreicate if anybody can nominate lawyers which they have come across as having good services with reasonable charges.

Legal matters include:
1. SPA matters
2. Tenancy matters
3. Borrowing/Financial matters
4. Strata title transfer

Am currently on the lookout for Strata title transfer lawyers if anybody can help me.

I have deal with 1 lawyer in Klang BBK, although they are not really internet-savvy(not really using email and etc), BUT all the things done super fast and have sense of urgency of every matter.

Just 1 thing, price follow standard. haha

My lawyer handling my recent property purchase are very good. I'm very satisfied. They do reply my email within the same day.

The lawyer I've used for my past few cases also very fast and easy to contact.

Usually get update via gmail chat =) Email only used for sending attachments.

great, why don't all of you start listing down their company details such as contacts and address and also the recommended person. i don't think this goes against their practise of 'no advertising among professionals', right? since this is reccommendation from friends.
