My condo unit is under master title and freehold
My seller mentioned about apportionment of quit rent and assessment. May I know how this apportionment is counted? At what point it becomes my obligation to pay? Really confused over this.
Will you give me an example? Thanks.

i got mine already and yes, it is calculated on a per daily basis....for condo, this is also including as outgoing expense
for example, the quit rent is RM 60 for the year, therefore RM 5 per month
You got your keys on April 1, therefore, the outgoing expense for quit rent that you need to pay back the seller is RM 5 per month X 3 months = RM 15
Hope this helps for first time buyers
