I wanna ask where can i buy suits that fits small size guys?

My bodysize 165 cm , 54kg, waist size 28-29

i usually fits in XXS-xs topman size

I saw topman size 34 suit but its length is too long coz i am short

so, can u guys advise me where can i get affordable small size suit?
