its overkill for now, and GC technology evolves fast, spend too much on it and you'll regret later

Then again, very few games needs 2 cards for maximum settings at 1920x1080. Still a waste of money if you go 3 cards. The price will be cheaper if you crossfire later too.

Else remove the 3x Radeon HD5850 from my Build, then, add 2x Radeon HD5870.
After that, in the future, add another Radeon HD5870 to make Triple Radeon HD5870! smile.gif nod.gif

That's depending on what Resolution/Monitors you're on.
If you're using very big resolution like 2560x1440 or more(Eyefinity, 3 LCDs), then, it's OK to have 3x Radeon HD5870.

based on my exp , alot ppl think like tat (add card later), but in real life , technology move fast , new card come out , u will ditch old card
the future is belongs to 6870 , not 3x5870

So, it's recommended to use FULL SETUP now instead of UPGRADE LATER?

I think TS got bucks for Dual Radeon HD6870 in the future since he got such a huge budget now. biggrin.gif nod.gif
