Yes, you still can use it in Malaysia. All you need is Step Down Transformer or Asian XBOX 360 Power Brick.
Do take note that most of XBOX 360 games in Malaysia are NTSC-J version, so your console only can play region free, games compatible to NTSC-UC and NTSC-UC region.
