bro, there are tonnes of these kind of pictures in japan/hongkong site. There are several pictures which closed up into the details and step by step tutorial but need a hard work to navigate them .

@meor im using hand drill bought from RM5 Daiso shop.

the front double roller is very hard to push into motor shaft. no more 35mm or 40mm screws

VS chasis. it maybe lite but the power loss of distribution from motor to all wheels may be high.

ouh like that eh, good effort anyway. you remembering me when i was 15, i used heated screw to make hole onto my chassis. ye lah at 15, where got money. ha ha...

Beside the "potong-potong" chassis there are others thing you should consider:
- type of roller
- roller position
- rim/tire
- bearing
- friction
- then the total weight of the car.

you might be surprised when see other sifus who not "potong-potong'" thier chassis can get better time than those did. he he he

buat gear for single shaft motor system memang very the leceh but it is possible.
