well, i work in ttdi which is quite near to TU but still no chance to go. yesterday i purposely take off day and went for a mission. i go to all the toycity and toy shops that i used to buy my parts in kl. to my surprise and maybe just my luck,i was able to buy some old parts,enough for 1 1/2 car. but still no engine. maybe i should get the new chassis since i see at TU,most of u guys use them.

most parts are for ms chassis, istill using zero

Can this setting allow to race on this coming race day?

Can i use UHU gam to stick the sponge at the FRP bumper? is it illegal? or i need to use rubber brake?
-depend on how fast ur car..if it too fast, use rubber brake to slow down during slope/hump.

currently my setup using two plastic brake in front and two at the back. and do u guys know any secret to make my wheel rubber shinning. It collect dust after a lap or two.if can i want it to be shinning and dun collect dust plus lots of grip to the track. if i use the dish cleaner solution will the rubber be more grippy?
-if u rajin, tolong vacum track before play bcoz dust are everywhere..hehe

any method to make the rubber less bouncy? can i just place it under the scorching sun so that it will harden the rubber? but if too dry the rubber will crack or not? not too sure...
-ppl are sanding (use cutter n sand paper) the rubber tire to make it thicker..hard to do it but worth it. when it slam, less bouncy.

i dun dare to try it...is just an idea popping up "what if"..i wonder if anyone try this before can share this information together..

for me, i like it nice and simple; normal gears + 520 bearing

my understanding of gear is:
-cannot be too loose, too tight, at least some free play is needed for smoothness however minimize external friction.

since junichi voice out, i would like to share some of my view on the gear above (ms pro gear).

- compare normal counter gear, ms pro counter gear included 2 type of gears in 1: crown type for input,  spur type for output.
- to improve the smoothness for both type of gear, we know bearing is one of the best way, however, the green gear need diff type of bearing.

- for crown, since it's high axial force, it need thrust bearing
- for spur, since it's linear movement of force, it need normal ball bearing.

in this case, you can realize that ms pro gear actually is very difficult to mod, not on the technical way but the nature.

it's limited by the crown gear since mini 4wd part did't have any trust bearing product. so you have to looking for any ball bearing that suitable to work as trust bearing.

bearing we need to replace trust bearing should have several elements:
-bearing without ball cage,
-bigger size since less arm force.

this is my research on ms pro gear.
